This system determines whether the
person who is to participate in voting is an eligible
voter and whether he/she has already cast a vote based
on cross-checking with the integrated voters' list.
Voter identification is carried out by scanning a signature/fingerprint
or an ID card.
A voting right card is issued to a voter who proves
to be a duly authorized eligible voter. This card contains
only basic information on the voter's electoral district.
After voting, said information is deleted.
When a voting right card is issued to an eligible voter
and his/her signature is affixed to the card, the integrated
voters' list cross-checking system serves to prevent
double voting by automatically recording such fact in
the integrated voters' list.
